I realize this is post #10,847 regarding RDS issues, but I
have searched through those messages and none of them has helped.
Everything else in CF works great, this seems to be a hang-up.
Anyway, I'm getting "An error occured accessing RDS server : Connection Closed Gracefully". That's nice that it closed "gracefully" but it would be better if it opened "gracefully". Then a window opens allowing me to choose and alternate datasource. I've tried so many variations to configure... localhost, 127.0.0.1, the computer name, port 80, port 8500, no port number, different user names and passwords, no user name and passwords... and nothing works.
Yes, I've double checked "web.xml" to make sure RDS isn't commented out.
FYI, the reports execute just fine, grabbing the data from the database and generating amazing reports. Why that works and not accessing the query beats me.
