Register C++ CFX button not appearing with a J2EE installation.

I'm running ColdFusion 7 under WebSphere 6 on a Solaris 8 server and am trying to register a C++ CFX tag, however the button to register it is not appearing. I can register a Java CFX tag, but not a C++ one.

I've included the /WEB-INF/cfusion/lib directory in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and it doesn't make a difference.
Also tried including it in the JVM Classpath through the WebSphere console, however this does not make that button appear either. In the CF7 administration console (under System Information) I can see that the path is included under the 'Server Classpath' , however no register C++ CFX button appears.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
