Help with error message

When I go to Clone and Add an Application (documents) to the Navigation Menu I get the following error message. I am running Coldfusion MX7.0.0. Can someone tell me what this means and where to look to solve the issue?? This used to work fine. My operating platform is Windows 2003. I have plenty of RAM and the box is not heavily used. Thanks!
