Rollback 7.0.2 to 7.0.1

Is there a technote somewhere on how to back out of the 7.0.2 update? 7.0.1 fixed some database performance issues, so we do not want to go back to 7.0 -- but 7.0.2 broke JDBC access (inserts and updates create an error "Method can be called only once").

We are running CFMX 7.0.2 Enterprise edition on SPARC.
